COACHES & FITNESS STAFF
Our coaches lead the way on the water, offering guidance on technique, efficiency, and safety to help us paddle stronger and avoid injuries. Off the water, our fitness staff keep us moving with land training sessions—everything from weightlifting and cardio to yoga and meditation—so our strength and stamina carry over to every stroke on water.
Many of our members also share their skills by coaching Bay Area high school teams and supporting corporate and novice crews in local races. It’s all part of spreading the Ripple spirit and growing our paddling community!
