We’re happy to see you’re considering paddling with us!
First Time Paddler?
Don’t worry if you’ve never paddled before! If you don’t have a personal flotation device (PFD) or a paddle, we will provide one for free. You’ll learn safety procedures and proper commands before you’re on the boat and a coach will guide you during your first practice on the water, so there’s nothing to fear. Did we mention it’s free?
Where We Practice
We practice at Lake Merced, located at 1 Harding Road, San Francisco, CA, 94132.
You can find us on the north side of Harding Road, across the parking lot from the boathouse. You’ll probably see us wearing our bright orange Ripple Effect jerseys or parkas. You can also contact us before you arrive and we’ll make sure to look out for you!
You can contact us at our contact page, our Facebook page or email us at hello@ripplesf.org.
