Board of Directors

Ripple Effect is guided by an experienced Board of Directors, consisting of senior dragon boat leaders with backgrounds in coaching, management and nonprofit leadership. Beyond leading the team, each Director oversees one or more staff and/or committees of amazing members who support our operations both on and off the water.
