Founded in 2001, Ripple Effect is a proud San Francisco Bay Area dragon boat team that strikes a powerful balance between athletic achievement and a welcoming, supportive community. 

We’re driven by a passion for paddling, fitness, and giving back, regularly competing (and winning) in local, national, and international races across the U.S., Canada, Asia, and beyond. But we’re more than just paddlers: we build trust, lift each other up, and grow together through teamwork, education, and connection.
